Green Park Central School was started with a noble intention of providing quality education to the rural students. It is located in a lush green, serene location. The classrooms are equipped with all the latest technology to create school climate conducive for central board curriculum. The school is affiliated to Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, (CISCE) New Delhi.

It is Pearl Jubilee this year as the school has completed 30 years in the field of education. The school has come a long way since its inception in terms of pupils’ strength and infrastructure; creating a benchmark in the landscape of school education. It is an English Medium school with classes from Playschool to Grade 10. There are plans to upgrade the school to plus 2 level.

EXPO 2023

Expo- 23 a trade fair gave first hand experience to the budding entrepreneurs. The parents as well as students set up food and games stall. This unique exposure helped the students to learn the nitty gritty of trades.

CISCE teachers Conference

CSICE Teachers workshop was arranged on 17 December, 2022 for Science and Geography teachers of Udupi Zone. The Director of Sharada Residential School, Udupi was the keynote speaker. Cr. Usha Rao was the workshop coordinator. Mrs Shashikala Rajavarma, Mrs Sangeetha Joseph, Mrs Stella, Mrs Jasmine Morire and Mr Nagendra Pai were the resource persons. About ten CISCE Schools and Forty teachers participated in the workshop.

Christmas 2022

Christmas was celebrated on 23 rd December by conducting Carol singing and Christmas tress decoration competition. The high point of the celebration was The Rock and Metal band by the NRI trio Orlando, Oliver and Oscar.

Jackfruit Mela 2022-2023

Jackfruit a tropical fruit is known for its nutritional values has suddenly shot to limelight for its medicinal properties. To promote the versatile use of Jackfruit - Jackfruit fair was organised by the Primary Coordinator Mrs Geetha Bhat. Students displayed variety of Jackfruits, dishes and decors made from Jackfruit tree. Ibaad and Laksha were adjudged Jackfruit King and Queen.

Cooking without fire 2022-2023

Cooking without fire evoked a thunderous response from all the classes. More than a hundred students took part. Mrs Jayashri Tendulkar was the program coordinator.
